Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Tsujimoto Market, we care about product quality and customer safety. Due to the nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not available for all items.

1. Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• opened or used cosmetics;

• opened supplements, vitamins, or dietary products;

• items with broken seals or damaged original packaging;

• personal care items once opened.

2. Returns are only accepted if

• the item is unopened and unused;

• the item is in its original packaging;

• all seals, labels, and protective elements are intact;

• the return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery, unless mandatory laws of the destination country provide otherwise.

3. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
Please include:

• your order number;

• a description of the issue;

• photos of the item and packaging.

We will review each case individually and provide an appropriate solution.

4. Return shipping cost
If the return is not due to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the issue is caused by our mistake, we will review the case and offer an appropriate resolution.

5. Refund processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 15 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

6. Order cancellation before shipment
If the order has not yet been shipped, the customer may request a cancellation. In such cases, we reserve the right to deduct non-refundable payment processing, banking, and administrative costs related to the order, where permitted by the applicable law of the customer’s country.
If mandatory consumer laws in the destination country provide a right to cancel without deductions or under different conditions, such laws will apply.

7. Important note
Because orders are shipped internationally from Japan, some returns may be impractical or unavailable.
Please carefully review the product description, size, ingredients, and intended use before placing your order.
