Basic provisions

  • Orders are accepted for a total amount of 4,000 yen (excluding shipping costs).

  • Our store operates on a prepayment basis, since the post office does not provide a cash on delivery service for international shipments.

  • After sending the goods, we will definitely send a photo of the parcel and a tracking number. You can always find out where your parcel is currently located by the tracking number.

Payment methods

  • Payment by bank cards. VISA, MasterCard, JCB, American Express cards are accepted for payment. We take on the commission for transferring funds.
  • Payment through the international payment system PayPal. We take on the commission for transferring funds. Through PayPal, the buyer can pay by credit cards, debit cards, or by transfer from their account in a secure manner. To pay for your order, you need to have an account or register with PayPal: registering with PayPal is quite simple, free and takes 2-3 minutes. Once you register, you can use this system for further online purchases. The buyer's personal data and financial information are reliably protected by PayPal, a recognized leader in online payments. We accept payment in Japanese Yen. If the buyer's account is in another currency, PayPal will automatically convert the order amount into it at the internal rate.
  • You can also pay using ApplePay, Google Pay or Shop Pay

Processing and placing an order

Upon successful payment, your order is automatically sent for processing. Most orders are shipped to the buyer within 2-6 business days after payment is received. We notify the buyer about the dispatch of the order by letter with the parcel tracking number.  

Delivery

We ship orders anywhere in the world. Parcel delivery is carried out in several ways.

  • By courier express mail service EMS (International Express Mail Service). The EMS service delivers in the fastest possible time and allows you to track the location of the parcel. Delivery time to European countries is 4-7 days. Immediately after your order has been shipped, we will send you your tracking number by email. We insure all EMS parcels at our expense. The maximum weight of one item is 10 kg, including packaging. If you would like to place an order weighing more than 10 kg, please contact us.

  • Air delivery. More economical shipping than EMS. Delivery time to European countries is approximately 2-3 weeks. Sometimes there may be delays due to reasons beyond our control. Depending on the recipient's country, the parcel may be delivered to the addressee or only to the post office. 

  • Delivery by sea and land. This type of delivery works as follows: from Japan we ship by sea, and within your country, parcels are delivered by surface mail. Delivery time: to European countries approximately 2-3 months.  This is not a courier delivery, and upon receipt of the notification, the parcel will need to be collected at your post office. You can select and calculate the delivery cost during checkout, after you have added the item to your cart and filled out the delivery address field.


  • Express delivery for Russia in a combined way: delivery by sea plus air delivery. Valid for the period until air delivery to Russia is opened. This is the fastest delivery to Russia at the moment (delivery time from three weeks)

In the event of force majeure (for example, natural disasters), the delivery time for parcels may be extended indefinitely. In this case, the buyer can cancel the order only in accordance with the general procedure; the buyer’s money is not returned.

  

Customs clearance

When we ship orders, we process them properly to minimize the need for our customers to go through customs procedures. However, we cannot completely exclude the possibility of their occurrence in individual cases. In the event of an order being delayed, the customer is solely responsible for the duties and regulations of the customs department of their country of residence.

Additional tax may also be collected in the recipient's country. These taxes are not subject to Japanese regulations, so we are not responsible for taxes in the recipient's country.
We recommend that you check the customs import rules and the list of goods prohibited for import in your country.
If an order is returned due to the fault of the customer (unclaimed parcel, failure to appear at customs if necessary, etc.), responsibility for paying fines and the cost of return shipping falls on the customer. If you have any wishes regarding the design, please let us know when placing your order or immediately after payment.

 

Cancellation of an order and return of goods

After the order is paid and sent for processing, in case of order cancellation, 50 percent of the paid amount is returned.

Once the order has been shipped to the buyer, order cancellations will not be accepted and no refunds will be issued.

Goods are accepted for return if the error was our fault (only for the goods that were sent by mistake). The full cost of the returned products and shipping costs will be returned to the buyer's account, or we will exchange the goods by mutual agreement.

 

Force majeure

Product Description

Manufacturers often change the packaging, appearance and description of their products. We try to convey information as accurately as possible, but if there is any discrepancy between the data on our website and the manufacturer’s website, the data on the manufacturer’s website is considered correct. The information published on our website does not constitute a diagnosis of diseases. The buyer makes the decision to use the products independently. If necessary, we recommend that you consult your doctor before taking any medication.

 

Warranty

There is no warranty for products. If a product purchased in our store is broken, the following procedure is possible:

  1. You send us the goods.
  2. We send the goods to the manufacturer.
  3. The manufacturer checks the failure. If repairs are possible, repairs the product.
  4. We send the goods to you.

Sometimes additional costs are required for the exchange procedure.

All shipping and repair costs for the product are paid by the buyer.
