Our store works on prepayment, as the mail does not provide the service of the imposed payment for international shipments.
- After sending the goods, we will definitely send a photo of the package and tracking number. You can always find out where your package is currently on the tracking number.

Payment methods
- Payment by bank cards. Visa, MasterCard, JCB, American Express are accepted for payment. We take the commission for transferring funds.
- Payment through the PayPal international payment system. We take the commission for transferring funds. Through the PayPal system, the buyer can pay credit cards, debit cards, transfer from his account in safe mode. To pay for the order, you need to have an account or register in the PayPal system: registration in the PayPal system is quite simple, free and takes 2-3 minutes. Once registered, you can use this system for further Internet purchases. Personal data and financial information of the buyer is reliably protected by PayPal, a recognized leader in online payments. We accept payment in Japanese yen. If the buyer’s account is in another currency, PayPal automatically converts the amount of the order into it at the internal course.

Processing and placing an order
Upon successful payment, your order is automatically directed for processing. Most orders are sent to the buyer within 2-6 business days after receiving payment. We notify the buyer with a letter with a package tracking number.
Delivery
We send orders anywhere in the world. The delivery of parcels is carried out in several ways.

Courier express service EMS (International Express Mail Service). The EMS service supplies in the fastest time and allows you to track the location of the parcel. Delivery time to European countries is 4-7 days. Immediately after sending the order, we will send your tracking number by e-mail. We insure all EMS packages at our expense. The maximum weight of one departure is 10 kg, including packaging. If you want to place an order weighing more than 10 kg, contact us.
- Delivery by sea and ground method. This type of delivery is as follows: we send from Japan by sea, and inside your country the parcels are delivered by ground mail. Delivery time: to European countries, about 2-3 months. This is not courier delivery, and upon receipt of the notice, the parcel will need to be taken in your post office. You can choose and calculate the cost of delivery during the placement of the order, after they put the goods in the basket and filled the field for delivery addresses.
Due to quarantine measures during the pandemic, delivery period may increase.
- Express delivery for Russia in a combined way: delivery by sea plus aircraft manufacturing. It acts for a period until the aircraft manufacturing is opened to Russia. This is the fastest delivery to Russia at the moment (delivery time from three weeks)
In the case of force majeure (for example, natural disasters), it is possible to increase the delivery time of parcels for an indefinite time. In this case, the buyer can apply for the annulment of the order only in the general manner, the money is not returned to the buyer.
Customs clearance
When sending orders, we arrange them properly in order to minimize the need for customs procedures for our customers. However, we cannot completely exclude the possibility of their occurrence in some cases. In the case of the detention of the order, the customer is fully responsible for the duties and rules of the Customs Department of the country of his residence.
We recommend that you check the rules of customs import and a list of goods prohibited for import in your country.
When the order is returned due to the fault of the customer (the incorporation of the parcel, the failure to appear for customs, if necessary, etc.), the liability for paying fines and the cost of returning is laid down on the customer. If you have wishes about the design, then please tell us when placing an order or immediately after payment.
Exception and return of goods
After the order is paid and sent for processing, in the event of an order cancellation, 50 percent of the paid amount is returned.
After the order is sent to the buyer, the order is not accepted, the return is not carried out.
The goods are accepted for return if the error occurred through our fault (only to the product that was expelled by mistake). The full cost of returned products and the cost of delivery will be returned to the buyer’s account, or we will exchange goods according to mutual agreement.
Force majeure
In the case of force majeure (for example, natural disasters), it is possible to increase the delivery time of parcels for an indefinite time. In this case, the buyer can apply for the annulment of the order only in the general manner, the money is not returned to the buyer.
Description of the goods
Manufacturers often change packaging, appearance and description of the products. We try to transmit information as accurately as possible, but with any discrepancy between the data on our website and the manufacturer’s website, the manufacturer’s website is considered correct. Information published on our website is not a diagnosis of diseases. The buyer decides to use products on his own. If necessary, before receiving funds, we recommend that you seek consultation with the attending physician.
Guarantee
The guarantee for goods is not provided. If the product purchased in our store has broken, the following procedure is possible:
- You send us the goods.
- We send the goods to the manufacturer.
- The manufacturer checks the breakdown. If repairs are possible, it repairs the goods.
- We send the goods to you.
Sometimes additional expenses for the exchange procedure are required.
All expenses for shipping and repair of goods are paid by the buyer.
