Description
Powdered miso soup made from freeze-dried miso. Blended miso, which is a mixture of two types of rice miso, is added with wakame seaweed, fu and scallions. The soup can be quickly poured into a bowl, and when hot water is added it will immediately dissolve and release the rich miso flavor. It can be used in situations where cooking is not possible, for example, at work in the morning, in lunch boxes, when traveling, and can be added as a seasoning to dishes.
Composition: rice miso, dried mackerel powder, soda dried mackerel powder (made in Japan), wakame seaweed, fu, dried green onion/seasoning (amino acid, etc.), antioxidant (vitamin E), citric acid, (wheat, soy)

Method of preparation: pour soup from a bag into a cup, add hot water (160 ml) and stir.
