How to use
- Start with dry hands and dry face. Dispense 3–4 pumps into your palm.
- Massage gently over the whole face so the oil dissolves makeup and sunscreen. Be gentle around the eyes.
- Wet your hands and continue to massage — the oil turns milky-white as it emulsifies. (shu uemura recommends emulsifying about three times.)
- Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water until no oily film remains.
Amount: 3–4 pumps. Frequency: Evening, daily, as your first cleansing step. Tip: for stubborn or waterproof eye makeup, let the oil sit on the area for a few seconds before emulsifying.
