Powdered miso soup made from freeze-dried miso. To mixed miso, which is a mixture of two types of rice miso, wakame seaweed, fu, and green onion are added. The soup can be quickly poured into a bowl, and when hot water is added, it will immediately dissolve and spread a rich miso aroma. It can be used in situations where there is no time to cook, for example, at work in the mornings, in lunch boxes, while traveling, and can be added as a seasoning to dishes.
Ingredients: rice miso, dried mackerel powder, soda dried mackerel powder (made in Japan), wakame seaweed, fu, dried green onion/seasoning (amino acid etc.), antioxidant (vitamin E), citric acid, (wheat, soy)
