Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

All transactions are processed securely. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–6 business days of payment confirmation. During sale periods or holidays, processing may take up to 7-8 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide directly from Kobe, Japan. All orders are sent via Japan Post or courier services with tracking.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Asia (South Korea, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, etc.) — 3 days–2 weeks
  • Europe5 days–3 weeks
  • North America (USA, Canada) — 1–3 weeks
  • Middle East1–3 weeks
  • Other regions1–6 weeks

Delivery times also depend on the shipping method selected at checkout: EMS (Express Mail Service) is the fastest option, while standard airmail takes longer. These are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance and local postal conditions in your country. International shipping delays are outside our control.

Tracking Your Order

Every order includes a tracking number sent to your email once dispatched. You can track your shipment on the Japan Post international tracking page or through your local postal service website.

Please allow 1–3 days after dispatch for the tracking information to become active.

Customs & Import Duties

Your order is shipped from Japan and may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country upon arrival. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please check with your local customs office before ordering if you are unsure about applicable fees. Tsujimoto Market is not responsible for any delays caused by customs inspection.

⚠️ EU customers — new rule from 1 July 2026.
The EU has removed the duty-free threshold for parcels valued under €150. A temporary flat customs duty — currently €3 per item category in the parcel — may apply to shipments from non-EU countries, including Japan, in addition to local VAT. These charges are set and collected by EU customs on arrival and are not included in our prices. This interim measure applies until 1 July 2028, after which standard duty rates by product type will apply.

Undelivered or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or refusal by customs, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Re-shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
