Lebel Proedit Bounce Fit Set — Japanese Salon Shampoo 300 ml and Rinse-Out Treatment 250 g for Damaged Hair
Overview
A two-part salon set from Lebel Cosmetics, the professional Japanese hair brand: the Proedit Bounce Fit shampoo (300 ml) and the Bounce Fit care maintenance treatment (250 g). Both are made for hair that has gone dry and brittle after colouring, perming or straightening.
The shampoo cleanses hair and scalp and neutralises and removes residue left after chemical processing — which is the actual reason a salon reaches for this particular one. The treatment is a rinse-out step (ケアメンテ, care maintenance), not a weekly mask: use it at every wash, and give it five to ten minutes when hair needs more. Browse our Japanese hair care.
What this set does not do. Our previous page said breakage "disappears", that hair "will stop splitting at the ends" and that hair structure is "regenerated". None of those is something a rinse-out product can do, and we have removed them. What a good conditioner does is smooth and seal the cuticle so hair handles better and breaks less — real, worth having, and not the same claim.
Key Benefits
- ✓ A matched salon pair — cleansing and conditioning steps formulated for the same hair condition rather than assembled from two lines
- ✓ Neutralises and removes post-chemical residue — the shampoo's real function after colour, perm or straightening, and the reason salons use it
- ✓ Economical in use — Lebel states that up to 10 ml is enough for medium-length hair, which is a small fraction of what most people pour
- ✓ Rinse-out treatment usable at every wash, with an optional 5–10 minute rest when hair is in worse condition
- ✓ For hair that has gone dry and brittle after processing — dryness and breakage from handling, not a medical hair condition
- ✓ Professional Japanese brand, Lebel Cosmetics, shipped from Japan
- ✓ Honest about the limits — this page no longer claims to repair split ends or regenerate hair structure, because nothing rinse-out does

Who Is This For?
- Hair that has been coloured, permed or straightened and now feels dry, rough or snaps when you brush it
- People who want the salon pair rather than mixing brands — the shampoo and treatment are formulated against the same problem
- People who wash frequently, since this treatment is designed for every wash rather than as a weekly ritual
- People with fine hair that a heavy mask weighs down — a rinse-out care treatment leaves far less on the hair than a leave-in
- Not for hair loss, thinning or scalp conditions. This is a shampoo and a conditioner, and no version of this page will suggest otherwise
How to Use
- Wet the hair thoroughly first — most of the lather comes from water, not from more product.
- Shampoo: up to about 10 ml is enough for medium-length hair. Lebel's own figure, and a fraction of what most people pour. Work it into the scalp with your fingertips, not your nails.
- Rinse completely. Residual shampoo is a more common cause of dullness than any lack of conditioner.
- Treatment: apply evenly through the lengths, concentrating on the ends and keeping it off the scalp. Leave it five to ten minutes when hair needs more, or rinse straight away on an ordinary day.
- Rinse with slightly warm water rather than hot. It can be used at every wash.
Frequency: At every wash. The 5–10 minute rest on the treatment is optional, not required.
Full Ingredients
Lebel is a salon-channel brand: its products are sold through professionals rather than through drugstores, and it does not publish full ingredient declarations for the Proedit line on any page reachable to us. Neither component in this set carries a JAN on our record either.
We are not going to assemble a plausible ingredient list from comparable salon products and present it as this one's. The declaration is printed on both bottles; if you need to check something specific before ordering — a preservative, a fragrance allergen, a silicone — write to us and we will read it off the pack.
Cautions
- This is a shampoo and a conditioner. It is not a hair-growth product, it does not treat hair loss or thinning, and it is not registered to make any such claim
- It does not repair split ends. Split ends can be cut off or prevented; nothing rinse-out rejoins them, whatever our previous page said
- Keep the treatment off the scalp and concentrate it on the lengths and ends
- Try a small amount on the inner forearm before the first full use, especially if your skin reacts easily
- Stop using it if redness, itching, swelling or stinging appears, and see a doctor if it does not settle
- Avoid contact with the eyes; if the product gets in, rinse immediately with plenty of water
- Do not use on a scalp that is broken, sore, or being treated for a condition — see a doctor or a trichologist instead
- Rinse both products out completely; residue is a common cause of dull, limp-feeling hair
- Store away from direct sunlight, heat and damp — a car in summer is the usual way these products are ruined
- Keep out of reach of children

FAQ
Is the second product a mask or a conditioner?
A rinse-out treatment — its Japanese name is ケアメンテ, care maintenance. Use it at every wash like a conditioner; the five-to-ten-minute rest is the optional step when hair is in worse condition, not a requirement. Our previous page called it a mask, said it could be used daily, and also described a five-to-ten minute treatment, without ever resolving which you should actually do.
Will it fix my split ends?
No. Split ends can be cut off or prevented, and nothing that rinses out rejoins a split hair shaft. Our previous page said hair "will stop splitting at the ends", which we have removed. What this set can do is smooth and seal the cuticle so hair handles better, tangles less and therefore breaks less — which is how you get fewer new split ends over time.
How much shampoo should I use?
Up to about 10 ml for medium-length hair, which is Lebel's own figure and considerably less than most people pour. Most of the lather comes from wetting the hair thoroughly first, not from adding more product. This was the single most useful line on the original page and it survives unchanged.
Does it help with hair loss or thinning?
No. This is a shampoo and a rinse-out conditioner for hair that has been dried out by colouring, perming or straightening. It is not a 育毛剤 and is not registered to make a hair-growth claim. If you are losing hair, that is a conversation for a doctor or a trichologist rather than a shampoo purchase.
Why is there no ingredient list?
Because Lebel is a salon-channel brand and does not publish full declarations for the Proedit line anywhere we can reach. We would rather say that than assemble a plausible list from similar salon products. Both declarations are printed on the bottles, and if you need to check something specific before ordering — a fragrance allergen, a silicone, a preservative — write to us and we will read it off the pack.
