Overview
Perfect Whip is the cleansing foam that made Senka a fixture in Japanese bathrooms, and this is the collagen version of it: the same potassium-soap base, with water-soluble collagen, sericin and two hyaluronic acids added.
The point of the product is the foam. A short strip whipped up in wet hands or a foaming net produces a dense lather that carries the cleanser over the skin, so the fingers never actually scrub the face. That is what the name refers to.

How to Use
- Wet the face and hands with lukewarm water.
- Squeeze a 1–2 cm strip into a wet palm or a foaming net.
- Whip it into a dense foam before it touches the face — this is the step people skip.
- Roll the foam over the face with the fingertips; let the lather do the work rather than rubbing.
- Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and pat dry.
Frequency: Once or twice a day. If your skin feels tight afterwards, drop to evenings only.

Cautions
- Contains beeswax and sericin. Do not use if you are allergic to bee products or silk.
- Avoid the eye area. If foam gets into the eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water.

FAQ
Is this a Shiseido product?
Not any more. Senka was a Shiseido brand, but the personal-care business was sold and the brand is now owned and made by Fine Today Co., Ltd. Our own listing title still says Shiseido; the box you receive will say Fine Today.
How is this different from the classic blue Perfect Whip?
This is the コラーゲンin version. It adds water-soluble collagen, sericin and two hyaluronic acids to the same soap-based cleansing foam. The cleansing action is the same; the difference is in the after-feel.
Is it suitable for vegans or for a halal routine?
No. It contains beeswax and sericin (silk protein), and a water-soluble collagen whose animal source Fine Today does not publish. If unpublished animal origin is a problem for you, this is not the cleanser to choose.
Will it dry my skin out?
It is a potassium-soap cleanser — stearic and myristic acids neutralised with potassium hydroxide — so it rinses very clean. That suits oily and combination skin. Very dry or barrier-compromised skin usually does better with a low-pH synthetic cleanser.
How much should I use?
A 1–2 cm strip, worked into a dense foam in wet hands or a foaming net before it touches the face. Senka's whole selling point is the foam density; applying it unfoamed wastes the product and rubs the skin.
