No. Despite the "Injection" name used in Japanese marketing, this is a topical cosmetic serum you apply with your fingers at home. It is not a medical device, does not involve needles piercing the skin, and is not equivalent to a dermatologist's microneedling or injectable procedure.
What are "human adipose stem cell conditioned medium" ingredients, and are they safe?
These are cosmetic ingredients derived from the nutrient fluid in which stem cells were cultured, not the stem cells themselves. They are regulated as cosmetic raw materials in Japan.
