How to Use
- Cleanse, then apply your toner as usual. The sheet goes on skin that is already damp, not dry.
- Take one pair of sheets from the pack and reseal it straight away so the rest do not dry out.
- Align the inner edge with your lower lash line and press gently along the length of the sheet so it adheres.
- Leave it on for 10–15 minutes. Longer is not better — once the sheet starts to dry it will draw moisture back.
- Remove and tap the remaining essence into the skin with a fingertip. Do not rinse. Follow with your usual cream if you use one.
Frequency: One pair per session. Sixty sheets gives thirty sessions — daily for a month, or every other day for two.

Cautions
- For external use only. Do not let the sheet touch the eye itself — align it below the lower lash line, not on it. If essence gets in the eye, rinse thoroughly with water.

Can I use this on sensitive skin?

It contains fragrance, phenoxyethanol and propylene glycol, and it is worn on the thinnest skin on your face, where a reaction shows first and settles slowest. Press one sheet onto the inner forearm for the same fifteen minutes you would use on the eye, and see how the skin looks the next morning before committing a pair.
Can I use it every day?
Yes — 60 sheets is exactly 30 daily sessions, a month at one pair a day, and that is how the pack is sized. Every other day makes it last two months. What does not help is leaving a sheet on longer than 15 minutes: once it begins to dry it draws moisture back out of the skin.
