AXXZIA Mate For Eyes (アクシージア メイト フォーアイズ) is a pencil-shaped rechargeable device that AXXZIA built around the eye area, after a decade of working on eye-area skincare. It combines three things in one head: low-frequency EMS, which acts on the orbicularis oculi (眼輪筋), the ring of muscle around the eye; RF warming; and an LED light. One button cycles three intensities, and the LED colour tells you which one you are on — purple for low, orange for medium, red for high.

Who Is This For?
- People already using eye serums or sheet masks who want to add a device step rather than another product. The head is designed to be used over an applied essence, not on bare skin.
- People who want to feel the device working. EMS is a muscle-contraction sensation and RF is warmth — this is not a passive roller, and the sensation is the point.
- People who will actually use it ten minutes a day. Eight sessions per charge is about a week; the auto-off makes the habit easy, but the device only does anything if you pick it up.
- Do not use this if you have a pacemaker or any other implanted electronic medical device, unless your doctor has cleared it. EMS passes a current through tissue and this is not a precaution to skip.

How to Use
- Charge the device fully before the first use. A full charge takes about five hours on the supplied stand.
- Apply your eye serum, essence or cream first. The device is meant to be used over a product, not on dry skin.
- Press the button to switch on, and press again to move through the three intensities — purple, orange, red. Start on purple for your first sessions.
- Glide or gently press the head around the orbital bone, following the diagram in the manual. Stay on the bone; do not work on the eyelid itself.
- Let the device stop by itself after ten minutes, then wipe the head clean with a soft dry cloth. Never rinse it or put it in water.
Frequency: One ten-minute session a day is the routine AXXZIA recommends. Do not run consecutive sessions on the same area.

What does the device actually do — what am I feeling?
Three things at once. Low-frequency EMS sends a mild current that makes the orbicularis oculi, the ring of muscle around the eye, contract; you feel this as a tapping or pulsing. RF produces gentle warmth in the tissue under the head. The LED is a light, and its colour also tells you which of the three intensities you are on. If you have never used an EMS device, the sensation is strange before it is pleasant — start on the purple setting.
Can I use it if I have a pacemaker?
Not without your doctor's clearance. This is the one caution on this page that is not routine. EMS works by passing an electrical current through tissue, and implanted electronic medical devices are the standard contraindication for that. The same applies to metal implants, fillers or recent cosmetic work in the area you would be treating.
Is this a medical device?
