- The B vitamins here are concentrated. Pantothenic acid 27.6 mg and vitamins B1 and B6 at 3.0 mg each are each a multiple of the Japanese daily reference. Do not take this on top of a separate B-complex.
- Vitamin E 60.0 mg. If you take warfarin, aspirin or another anticoagulant, or you are already taking vitamin E, clear this with a doctor first.
- Contains capsicum extract, which can cause stomach discomfort. Take it with food, and stop if it does not agree with you.
- Contains gelatin. Not suitable for vegetarians or vegans, and halal status is not declared. Selenium is present, so do not stack it with a selenium product.
