- Vitamin B6: do not stack this with another B6 supplement. Three tablets supply 10 mg of vitamin B6. EFSA set the tolerable upper intake level for adults at 12 mg a day in May 2023, lowered from 25 mg, because prolonged high intakes are linked to peripheral neuropathy. This product alone is 83 % of that level, so taking it alongside a B-complex, an energy supplement or a fortified drink can put you over it. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before combining.
- Contains gelatin — the declared allergen. Not suitable if you avoid gelatin, and not suitable for vegetarians or vegans.

Eisai declares the collagen peptide as containing gelatin, and lists gelatin as the single allergen of Japan's 28 declarable categories. So it is gelatin-derived and therefore not marine. Is it halal?
