How to use: take the following amount of gel for:

Body - 10 to 20 pumps (30 to 60 ml)

Hands - 2-3 pumps (6 ml-9 ml)

Legs - from 3 to 5 (from 9 to 15 ml).

Abdomen - 3-6 presses (9 ml-18 ml)

Back – 5-10 pumps (15-30 ml)
