This is エキシウS: a 38 mL non-gas pump spray from Tokyo Koshisha, and the maker recommends it for feet as readily as for underarms — which is the whole reason to own a spray rather than a cream.

It is a Japanese quasi-drug. The antiperspirant is aluminium chlorohydrate; the bactericide is benzalkonium chloride solution; the base is alcohol, which is what makes it dry so quickly and what makes it a declarable item for air freight. The page URL says cream. Is this a cream or a spray?

A spray. The handle is a legacy of how the product was first added, and changing it would break the link for anyone who has bookmarked or shared it, so we have left the URL alone and corrected everything a buyer actually reads. The product is エキシウS, a 38 mL non-gas pump spray.

So what is the difference between this and the Exsiu cream?

Format and chemistry both. The cream works by astringency — burnt alum — and contains no alcohol; it is applied by fingertip to the underarm. This spray uses aluminium chlorohydrate with benzalkonium chloride in an alcohol base, dries in seconds, and reaches places a cream cannot, feet in particular. Choose the spray for feet and speed, the cream for the underarm and for avoiding alcohol.

Can I use it on my feet and inside shoes?

On feet, yes — the maker recommends it. On the inside of shoes, we would not: the product is registered for use on skin, and the alcohol and fragrance can mark some linings. Treating the feet before putting the shoes on works better anyway.
