Overview
FANCL NMN×CoQ10 pairs nicotinamide mononucleotide with coenzyme Q10 in an oil-filled hard capsule. Four capsules a day — the maker's stated amount — supply 300 mg of NMN and 100 mg of coenzyme Q10. That 100 mg is FANCL's figure for total CoQ10: the declaration lists the reduced form (ubiquinol) and the oxidised form (ubiquinone) as two separate ingredients and gives one combined number, and FANCL does not publish the split. An earlier version of this page presented the whole 100 mg as ubiquinol, which overstated it. FANCL has sold this as a limited-quantity release since 2023.
In Japan this product is an ordinary food (一般食品). It is neither a Food with Function Claims (機能性表示食品) nor a Food with Nutrient Function Claims (栄養機能食品), which means no health or physiological effect has been notified to or reviewed by the Consumer Affairs Agency and none may lawfully be claimed for it. The description below therefore says what each ingredient is and how much of it the maker declares, and stops there.
Before you order into the European Union. Nicotinamide mononucleotide has no record of significant consumption in the EU before 15 May 1997, so under Regulation (EU) 2015/2283 it is a novel food and needs authorisation before it may be placed on the EU market. EFSA issued a favourable safety opinion on 13 May 2026, but that opinion covers one applicant's material at 300 mg a day and excludes pregnancy and breastfeeding; a novel-food authorisation of that kind is specific to the applicant and does not extend to Japanese NMN from another producer. The position is different elsewhere: the United States confirmed NMN as lawful in dietary supplements in a letter of 29 September 2025, and Japan sells it as an ordinary food. We state this so that a customer in the EU can decide with the facts in front of them; personal-import rules are set by your own country and we cannot advise on them.

A correction. An earlier version of this page attributed sources to the three antioxidants — ascorbic acid "from corn", catechin "from tea", tocopherol "from soybean/rice". FANCL states no source for any of them. The soybean attribution sat on the same page as a line saying no allergen was present, which is a contradiction a reader with a soy allergy should not have to resolve. Both have been removed and the declaration is reproduced as written.

- Coenzyme Q10 and blood thinners. CoQ10 is reported to interact with warfarin and other anticoagulants. If you take one, ask your doctor before starting this, not after.
- On "no allergens". FANCL declares no allergen for this product. Its declaration does name vitamin E, and vitamin E in supplements is commonly soy-derived, though FANCL does not say so here. If a soy allergy is the reason you are reading this line, ask FANCL directly rather than relying on our page.
- Availability moves. This is a limited-quantity line and FANCL caps how much it makes, so it is not always in stock anywhere, including with us.

FAQ
Can I have this shipped to an EU country?
We ship there, but you should know the legal position first. NMN is an unauthorised novel food in the EU: no NMN has completed the authorisation procedure, and EFSA's favourable opinion of 13 May 2026 is specific to one applicant's material, not to Japanese NMN generally. What your own country permits an individual to import for personal use is a separate question that only your national authority can answer. We would rather you read that here than find it out at a customs desk.
Is the 100 mg all ubiquinol?
No, and an earlier version of this page said it was. FANCL's content statement gives one figure, 100 mg, for coenzyme Q10. Its declaration lists the reduced form (ubiquinol) and the oxidised form (ubiquinone) as two separate ingredients, and it does not publish how the 100 mg divides between them. If the ubiquinol fraction is what you are buying on, this product does not tell you it, and we will not guess.
What happened to the Licaps and self-emulsification claims?
They were removed because we could not source them. The previous page described a "Licaps® liquid hard capsule", "Licaps® Fusion Technology", a "patented self-emulsification" method, third-party certification of 99%+ purity and an ISO/GMP facility. None of that appears in FANCL's declaration or on its product page. What is certainly true is that the capsule is oil-filled, which is the ordinary way to carry a fat-soluble ingredient such as CoQ10.
Why is it so often out of stock?
FANCL sells this as a limited-quantity release and caps how much it produces. That is the maker's decision, not a sourcing problem at our end, and it is why availability moves even in Japan.
How is it shipped, and how long does it take?
It leaves our warehouse in Kobe, Japan within 2–6 business days with a tracking number. Delivery after that depends on your destination — commonly 7–21 days — and any import duty or tax is set by your own country, not by us.
