Description

FANCL Supplement for Women in Their 50s — 30 Sachets, 15–30 Days

Overview

FANCL's age-banded range puts a day's worth of capsules into a single sachet, with a different formulation for each decade. This is the version for women in their 50s — FANCL item 5615, sold in Japan as 50代からのサプリメント 女性用. It is registered as a 栄養機能食品, a Food with Nutrient Function Claims, which is a food category and not a medicine.

The pack holds 30 sachets and FANCL's guidance is one to two a day, so it lasts 15 to 30 days — not a fixed month. The full per-sachet panel is below, along with FANCL's own allergen declaration and cautions, both of which matter here. Compare the rest of our Japanese multivitamins and supplement range.

Key Benefits

  • ✓ One sachet holds the day's capsules — nothing to count out, nothing to store in five bottles
  • ✓ Formulated by FANCL specifically for the 50s band, separately from its 40s and 60s packs
  • ✓ Full per-sachet figures published below, from vitamin C 100 mg to astaxanthin 2 mg
  • ✓ Registered as 栄養機能食品 — a defined Japanese food category with its own labelling rules
  • ✓ Includes reduced-form coenzyme Q10 (15 mg), lutein (5 mg) and HTC collagen (175 mg)
  • ✓ Japanese-market pack, dispatched from our Kobe warehouse with tracking

Who Is This For?

  • Women in their 50s who would rather take one sachet than manage five separate bottles
  • Anyone who wants to read the actual figures before buying — the full panel is below
  • People already taking a soy isoflavone product should note this pack contains 6.3 mg per sachet and FANCL advises against stacking isoflavone supplements
  • Not for pregnant or breastfeeding women, and not for children — FANCL states this directly
  • Anyone avoiding gelatin, dairy or soy: all three are in FANCL's allergen declaration for this pack

How to Use

  1. Take the contents of one sachet with water. FANCL's guidance is one to two sachets a day.
  2. Take it with or just after a meal — the pack contains fat-soluble nutrients, which are better absorbed with food.
  3. Do not exceed the guidance, and do not take it alongside another isoflavone supplement.
  4. Do not open more sachets than you are taking; keep the rest sealed, away from heat and direct sunlight.
  5. If you take warfarin or another anticoagulant, speak to your doctor before starting — the sachet contains a natto bacillus culture extract.

Frequency: One to two sachets daily, per FANCL. At one a day the pack lasts 30 days; at two, 15.

Figures from FANCL's official product page for item 5615. FANCL issued a notice in August 2026 that small differences were found between printed and analysed nutrient values, with no quality or safety issue; the pack in your hand is the authority.

Cautions

  • FANCL states this product must not be taken by pregnant or breastfeeding women, or by children.
  • FANCL advises against taking it alongside other isoflavone-containing health foods, and against excessive intake. Each sachet contains 6.3 mg of soy isoflavone as aglycone.
  • Vitamin B2 can turn urine bright yellow. FANCL notes this is temporary and harmless.
  • The sachet contains a natto bacillus culture extract. If you take warfarin or another anticoagulant, consult your doctor before starting.
  • Contains milk, soy and gelatin as declared allergens.
  • This is a food, not a medicine. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
  • If you are under medical treatment or taking prescribed medication, consult your doctor before use.
  • Stop taking it if you feel unwell, and store sealed away from heat and direct sunlight.

FAQ

How long does one pack last — 15 days or 30?

Both, depending on the dose. FANCL's guidance is one to two sachets a day, and the pack holds 30. At one a day it lasts a month; at two it lasts a fortnight. Our page used to call it a one-month course, which is only true at the lower dose.

Is it halal?

We cannot confirm that it is. FANCL declares gelatin among the allergens for this product and does not publish whether that gelatin is bovine, porcine or fish, and capsule shells are where gelatin normally sits. Milk and soy are also declared. If halal certification is a requirement for you, this pack cannot meet it on the published information.

How is the 50s pack different from the 40s and 60s ones?

FANCL formulates each band separately and publishes a different per-sachet panel for each. We publish this pack's panel in full above so you can compare it against whatever you are taking now, rather than take a description of the difference on trust.

Can men take it?

FANCL formulates this one for women in their 50s and sells separate packs for men. Nothing in the panel is sex-specific in itself, but the amounts are set for the intended group, and we would point a male buyer at FANCL's men's pack instead.

Is this the genuine Japanese product?

Yes — it is the Japanese-market pack, FANCL item 5615, which we hold in Kobe and dispatch from there with tracking. Import duties may apply depending on your country.
