Tea from the well-known manufacturer Itoen has a rich taste due to the addition of matcha. Grown in Uji city in Kyoto prefecture, a famous green tea producer. Can be dissolved in both cold and hot water.
Preparation method.
Hot tea: pour 200 ml of hot water over 2 teaspoons (4 g) of tea. Water should be 80 degrees! After 40 seconds the tea is ready.
Cold tea: Pour 3 teaspoons (6 g) of tea into 200 ml of cold water. In 3 minutes the tea is ready to drink.
