How to Use
- Use it as the last step of your evening routine, after lotion and any serum.
- Take a small amount — about a pearl for the whole face — and warm it between your fingertips before applying.
- Press it into the skin rather than rubbing, working outward from the centre of the face.
- Apply it while the skin is still slightly damp from the previous step. A sealing cream works by holding water that is already there; on dry skin it has less to hold.
- For daytime use under makeup, use less — a rich cream applied at night-time quantity will move a foundation around.
Frequency: Nightly as the last step; sparingly in the morning if used under makeup.

What is Sacran, and why does it matter?
A polysaccharide from Suizenji nori, a freshwater alga found in Kyushu, used in skincare as a film-forming humectant. It is the ingredient that genuinely distinguishes this cream from any other multi-HA moisturiser — and it appeared nowhere on our previous page, which spent its length counting hyaluronic acids instead.
Do I still need the Premium Lotion under it?
The cream is designed as the sealing step of that routine rather than as a standalone moisturiser. It can be used alone, but a sealing cream works by holding water that is already in the skin, so it has more to do when something has put water there first.
Is it safe if I have a nut allergy?
Check the ingredient list first. The formula contains macadamia seed oil fatty acid phytosteryl and shea butter, plus olive fruit oil. None of these was mentioned on our previous page. If you react to tree nuts, this is a conversation to have with your doctor rather than a risk to take on a face cream.
Can I wear it under makeup?
Yes, with a light hand. It is a rich cream, and applied at night-time quantity it will move a foundation around. Use noticeably less in the morning, or keep it as an evening-only step.
