Ten individually wrapped mini bars in one bag. The matcha is in the coating, not in the wafer — that is why the outside is green and the crisp layer inside is the ordinary KitKat wafer.
Japanese KitKat is a different product line from the European one, made and sold by Nestlé Japan with flavours that do not leave the country, and matcha is the one that started the export trade in them. It is sweet, but the green tea gives it a bitter edge that the plain milk chocolate version does not have. The declaration lists both matcha and green tea as separate ingredients.

FAQ
Is this made by Nestlé or by Meiji?
Nestlé. KitKat in Japan is made and sold by Nestlé Japan. Our own product record carried Meiji in the vendor field, which is an error on our side and is being corrected; the pack says Nestlé and so does this page.
Is the matcha in the wafer or the coating?
The coating. The wafer inside is the standard KitKat wafer, unchanged. That is also why the bar is green on the outside and pale within.
How sweet is it compared with a normal KitKat?
Sweet, but with a bitter finish the milk chocolate version does not have. The declaration lists matcha and green tea separately, and you can taste both. If you dislike the astringency of green tea, this is not the KitKat flavour to start with.
Will it survive shipping in summer?
Usually, but chocolate blooms above about 28 °C — the surface goes pale and grainy. It stays safe to eat and it tastes the same; it just looks wrong. If you are ordering to a hot country in August, order knowing that.
Is it vegetarian?
It contains milk and wheat, and no meat-derived ingredient is declared. Whether that meets your definition is a decision the ingredient list above lets you make.
