I keep these single-use cooling sheets in my bag for the days I'm out and there's no way to wet a towel — you just tear one open on the platform and your neck is cool within seconds. One honest heads-up: they contain royal jelly and menthol, so if you have a bee allergy or very sensitive skin, reach for a plain cooling towel instead.
