How to Use
- Wet the skin with lukewarm water.
- Pump the foam directly into the hand — it comes out lathered.
- Spread it over the skin with the palms; do not scrub or use a cloth.
- Leave it a moment, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm rather than hot water.
- Pat dry and moisturise while the skin is still slightly damp.
Frequency: Daily. On very dry skin, washing less often and with cooler water usually helps more than changing product again.

No, despite the name. The base is plant-derived amino-acid surfactants, so it is weakly acidic — the same pH range as healthy skin — rather than alkaline like a true soap. That is the whole design of the product.
Face, body, or both?
In Japan it is sold as a 全身シャンプー, a whole-body wash, and is used on both. Avoid the eye area, and if your face is very reactive, patch-test first.
Can it be used on babies and children?
Minon's positioning is sensitive and dry skin across ages, and the foam format exists partly because it is easier to use one-handed on a child. Any product on infant skin is worth checking with a paediatrician or pharmacist first, especially if there is eczema.
