Description
DHC Multivitamin / Mineral + Q10, 20-Day Supply — 100 Tablets, 5 a Day
Overview
Five tablets a day — 100 tablets is twenty days, not a month — supplying eleven vitamins, ten minerals and coenzyme Q10. Vitamin B12 comes in at 208% and vitamin B6 at 162% of the Japanese daily reference.
We could not find a milligram figure for the coenzyme Q10, and we are not going to invent one. DHC's nutrition panel prints the B vitamins with their reference percentages and stops there; no CoQ10 quantity appears on the panel reproduced by Japanese retailers. What the label does tell us is position: Japanese law orders ingredients by weight, and ubiquinone sits second in the declaration, ahead of every named component except the manganese yeast base. So it is a real quantity — but an unstated one.
If you need a known coenzyme Q10 dose, buy a product that prints one. Two on our own shelves do: Dear-Natura declares 90 mg of coenzyme per serving, and DHC's single-ingredient Q10 declares 15 mg of coenzyme inside a 75 mg cyclodextrin complex.

Who Is This For?
- People who want one tablet set covering vitamins and minerals together and are not already on a B-complex
- Anyone who wants to try a broad Japanese multivitamin for twenty days before committing to a larger pack
- People who travel and want a single short pack rather than several bottles
- Anyone who values knowing what a manufacturer does not print as much as what it does
- Not for: anyone who specifically needs a stated coenzyme Q10 dose — this pack does not give one; anyone already taking a B-complex, given B12 at 208%; vegetarians and vegans, because of the gelatin and the shell calcium; anyone avoiding titanium dioxide; and anyone under medical treatment without asking a doctor first.
How to Use
- Take five tablets a day.
- You may split them across the day — DHC's serving is a daily total, not a single dose.
- Swallow with water or lukewarm water, with or just after a meal. Beta-carotene, vitamin E, vitamin D3 and the coenzyme Q10 are all fat-soluble.
- Remember the pack lasts twenty days, not thirty, when you plan a reorder.
- Do not exceed the stated daily serving. More is not better with this formula. Store away from direct sunlight, high temperature and humidity, and out of the reach of children.
Frequency: Daily, five tablets in total

Contains titanium dioxide (E171) as part of the colorant. Titanium dioxide has not been authorised as a food additive in the European Union since 2022; it remains permitted in Japan, where this product is made and sold. We state this plainly because these packs are shipped into the EU.
The capsule shell is gelatin, so this is not a vegetarian or vegan product. DHC does not declare the animal source of the gelatin on the pack, so we cannot confirm halal status either way.
In Japan this is a nutrient function claim food. That is a self-certified category based on the nutrient content meeting a set range — it is not a drug approval and it carries no standing outside Japan.
Composition and specification as declared by DHC on its official product page.
Cautions
- This is a food, not a medicine. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and it is not a substitute for a varied diet or for medical advice.
- Several B vitamins exceed the Japanese daily reference, B12 at 208% and B6 at 162%. Do not take this alongside a separate B-complex.
- Contains gelatin and shell-derived calcium. Not suitable for vegetarians or vegans, and halal status is not declared.
- This pack contains iron, zinc, copper, selenium and iodine. Do not stack it with separate mineral supplements, and speak to a doctor first if you have a thyroid condition or an iron-loading condition.
- If you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy, breastfeeding, under medical treatment or taking prescribed medicine, ask a doctor before taking this. Stop taking it and speak to a doctor if you feel unwell after use.
- Store away from direct sunlight, high temperature and humidity, and out of the reach of children.

FAQ
How much coenzyme Q10 is in it?
DHC does not print a figure, and we will not guess one. Ubiquinone is declared second by weight, so the quantity is material — but if you need a stated dose, choose a product that prints one.
How long does the pack last?
Twenty days. It holds 100 tablets and the serving is five a day. It is worth checking this against any thirty-day product you are comparing it with on price.
Is it vegetarian?
No. It contains gelatin and the calcium is shell-derived. Halal status is not declared either.
Can I take it with another multivitamin?
We would not. Vitamin B12 is already at 208% of the Japanese reference and B6 at 162%, and the pack also carries iron, zinc, copper, selenium and iodine.
Does it contain titanium dioxide?
Yes, as part of the colorant. Titanium dioxide has not been authorised as a food additive in the European Union since 2022 and remains permitted in Japan, where the product is made.
