How to Use
- Put about 4 g (1 heaped teaspoon) of leaves in a teapot per 2 cups.
- Pour water cooled to about 80 °C and steep 30–60 seconds.
- Pour out to the last drop — the last drops carry the most flavor. Leaves take 2–3 infusions.
- Cold brew: 10 g per 1 L of cold water, 3–4 hours in the fridge.
