And the four-herb extract's first component is Houttuynia cordata, known as dokudami or fish mint; our page rendered it as "bistro", which is not a plant.

Is it 30 days or 60 days?
Sixty. 447 g divided by the 7.4 g daily serving is sixty servings, and both Asahi's pack and this page's title say 60 days. Our page URL says 30, which is an old error we have deliberately not fixed — changing the URL would break every existing link to this page.
Is it halal, or suitable for vegetarians?
No to both. The collagen peptide is gelatin, and the elastin peptide is specifically pork-derived. There is no version of this formula without them.
Are the lactic acid bacteria live?
No — they are sterilised (heat-killed), which is what makes them stable in a powder that sits in a cupboard for two months. Heat-killed lactic acid bacteria are sold deliberately in Japan, but they are not a probiotic, and our previous page implied otherwise.
Will it change the taste of my coffee?
