Your description used to promise firmer skin, lighter pigmentation and lifted contours in two to three weeks. What changed?

We removed it. Those were claims about changing the structure and function of skin on a stated timetable, which no cosmetic may make and which we had no evidence for. We also removed the framing of the product as regenerative medicine and the reference to improving the skin's extracellular matrix and fibronectin. What is left describes the format, the texture and how to use it — less exciting, and true.

Why is there no ingredient list?

Because Raise does not publish one online for this SKU, and we will not compose one. This matters more than usual on a concentrated product: without a list we cannot tell you whether it contains a retinoid, an acid, an animal-derived ingredient or ethanol, so we also cannot tell you it is safe in pregnancy or after a clinical treatment. If any of that applies to you, ask us and we will photograph the packaging of a unit in stock before you order.

Why only once every few days?

That is the manufacturer's stated usage pattern for this product, and it is a normal design for an intensive-format serum: a higher concentration applied less often. The practical benefit is that a 30 ml bottle lasts many months. If you would rather have a daily step, this is not the product for that, and a lower-concentration serum used every night will suit you better.

The packaging is in Japanese — how do I know what I am using?

The carton and bottle carry Japanese-language labelling, because this is stock made for the Japanese domestic market. Where an ingredient list appears on this page, it is translated from that labelling or from the manufacturer's own published data; where the manufacturer does not publish one, the ingredients section says so rather than filling the gap. Either way, send us a photo of anything unclear on the box after delivery and we will translate it, and ask us before ordering if you need the full label list first.

Will I pay customs duty or import VAT?

That depends on your country and on the declared value of the parcel, not on us.
