How to Use

1. Wash your hands and take out soft contact lenses. Hard lenses may stay in.
2. Tilt your head back and pull the lower lid down with a clean finger.
3. Instil one to three drops without the nozzle touching the eye, lid or lashes.
4. Close the eye for about thirty seconds. The cold sensation peaks in the first few seconds and then fades.
5. Blot the overflow, cap the bottle, and wait at least ten minutes before putting soft lenses back in.

A thirty-year-old with the same complaint can use it; the approved indications and the dose are the same for any adult.
