How to Use

1. Wash your hands. If you wear hard lenses you may leave them in; remove soft lenses.
2. Tilt your head back and pull the lower lid down gently with a clean finger.
3. Hold the bottle above the eye without letting the tip touch lid, lash or eyeball, and squeeze out one to three drops.
4. Close the eye for around thirty seconds and press lightly at the inner corner. Do not blink hard — that pumps the drop into the tear duct.
5. Blot the overflow with a clean tissue and cap the bottle straight away.

Frequency: One to three drops, five to six times a day, as stated in the Japanese approval.

How many drops should I use, and how often?

The Japanese approval for this product says: one to three drops, five to six times a day. More is not better — an eye can only hold about one drop, so the rest runs down your cheek and the extra dose is wasted. If you find yourself reaching for the bottle more often than the insert allows, that is a reason to see an eye doctor rather than to increase the dose.

Is this a medicine or a cosmetic?
