Description

FANCL Supplement for Women 40+ — 30 Sachets x 3 Boxes (45–90 Days)

Overview

FANCL packs one day of supplements into a single sachet, so there is nothing to count out and no row of bottles to keep track of. This is the women's 40+ sachet in the three-box size: 30 sachets per box, 90 sachets in all. FANCL's guidance is one to two sachets a day, which is exactly where the 45–90 days comes from — 90 days at one a day, 45 at two.

The panel further down is transcribed from FANCL's own item page, nutrient by nutrient, per sachet. The declared allergens among Japan's 28 are soy and gelatin, and nothing else. There is no fish, no shellfish, no wheat.

  • Not for pregnant or breastfeeding women, or for children — FANCL says so outright
  • Not for anyone avoiding soy or gelatin; both are declared, and gelatin is animal-derived

Cautions

  • FANCL states that pregnant and breastfeeding women and children should not take this product.
  • Declared allergens: soy and gelatin. Gelatin is animal-derived; FANCL does not publish its source.
  • Contains milk thistle extract standardised to 23 mg silybin. Milk thistle can affect how the liver processes some medicines — ask your doctor or pharmacist if you take prescription drugs.
  • Contains natto bacteria culture extract. If you take an anticoagulant such as warfarin, speak to your doctor before starting; FANCL runs a published supplement–medicine interaction checker for its own range.
  • Vitamin B2 can turn urine bright yellow. FANCL notes this is temporary and harmless.
  • This is a food, not a treatment for any condition, and it does not replace a varied diet.
  • Stop taking it and seek advice if you feel unwell.
  • Keep out of reach of children.

FAQ

How long does this pack actually last?

Ninety sachets. At one sachet a day that is ninety days; at the two sachets FANCL also permits, forty-five. That range is the 45–90 days in the title, and it is a range because the dose is a range, not because the pack size varies.

Does it contain fish oil?

No. FANCL's declaration for this product lists soy and gelatin as its only allergens among Japan's twenty-eight, and fish is not among them. If you are avoiding fish, this product does not contain it. If you specifically want an omega-3, this is not the product for that.

How many tablets or capsules are in one sachet?

FANCL does not publish a piece count, and it declares the contents by nutrient rather than by tablet. The sachet holds a mixed set of tablets and softgels; take the whole sachet as one serving rather than trying to split it.

Can I take this while pregnant or trying to conceive?

FANCL says pregnant and breastfeeding women should not take it. One sachet declares 459 µg of vitamin A as preformed vitamin A in addition to beta-carotene, and preformed vitamin A is the form with an upper limit in pregnancy. Ask your doctor about what is right for you.

Is it halal or suitable for vegetarians?

No. Gelatin is declared, gelatin is animal-derived, and FANCL does not state its source. The product carries no halal certification. Soy is also declared, which matters separately if you avoid it.
