FANCL Supplement for Women 60+ — 30 Sachets (15–30 Days)
Overview
This is FANCL's women's 60+ sachet, one box of 30. At the maker's one to two sachets a day that is 30 days or 15. The formula is built around what the 60s band is usually short of rather than around a general multivitamin: vitamin D at 12.9 µg, folic acid at 267 µg, calcium at 100 mg, and a beauty-and-eye group of lutein, astaxanthin, ferulic acid and salmon-cartilage proteoglycan.
Read this before you buy. FANCL states plainly on its own product page that people taking warfarin, an anticoagulant, should not take this product. That is the maker's instruction, not our inference. The declared allergens among Japan's 28 are milk, salmon, soy and gelatin.

Cautions
- Do not take this product if you are taking warfarin (an anticoagulant). This is FANCL's own stated contraindication. If you take any other blood thinner, ask your doctor before starting.
- FANCL states that pregnant and breastfeeding women and children should not take this product.
- Declared allergens: milk, salmon, soy and gelatin. Salmon is a fish allergen; gelatin is animal-derived.
- FANCL asks that you avoid combining this with other isoflavone-containing health foods, and that you not overdo the intake. One sachet declares 6.3 mg of soy isoflavones as aglycone.
- Contains ginkgo leaf extract and refined fish oil. Tell your doctor you are taking it if you are due surgery or a dental procedure.
- Vitamin B2 can turn urine bright yellow; this is temporary and harmless.
- This is a food, not a treatment for any condition.
- Stop taking it and seek advice if you feel unwell. Keep out of reach of children.

FAQ
I take warfarin. Can I take this?
No. FANCL states on its own product page that people taking warfarin should not take this product. That is a maker contraindication, not a caution, and it is the most important line on this page. If you take a different anticoagulant or antiplatelet, ask your doctor before starting — the sachet contains both ginkgo leaf extract and refined fish oil.
What exactly am I allergic to if I react?
Four of Japan's twenty-eight declared allergens are present: milk, salmon, soy and gelatin. The salmon is there because the proteoglycan and the type II collagen are made from salmon nasal cartilage. The milk is there because of the lactose ferment that carries the lactobionic acid.
Can I take it with another soy isoflavone supplement?
FANCL asks that you do not, and that you avoid excessive intake generally. One sachet declares 6.3 mg of soy isoflavones as aglycone, which is modest on its own but adds up if you are already taking an isoflavone product.
How long does one box last?
Thirty sachets. At one a day that is thirty days; at the two FANCL permits, fifteen. That is the 15–30 days on the box.
Is it halal or suitable for vegetarians?
No on both counts. Gelatin and salmon are both declared, gelatin is animal-derived, and the product carries no halal certification.
