Four claims you may have read elsewhere, and why they are not here. Circulating copy for this device states that RF heating "destroys existing fatty deposits under the skin"; that hyaluronic acid in the subcutaneous layer "increased by 46%" after one session; that skin becomes "40% more hydrated" and turgor rises "by 12%" after four weeks; and that in clinical research "all women aged 30 to 50" found home use indistinguishable from a salon procedure. None of it is sourced to an identified study, and destruction of subcutaneous fat is a medical effect that a home cosmetic appliance may not claim.
Cautions
- Voltage. This is a Japanese domestic appliance. Japan runs on 100 V; most of Europe, the UK and the Gulf run on 220–240 V. A plug adapter changes the shape of the pins and nothing else. Check the rating plate and use a proper voltage converter if required — connecting a 100 V appliance to 230 V will destroy it and can start a fire.
- Do not use if you have a pacemaker, an implanted cardioverter-defibrillator or any other implanted electronic device. This device produces radio-frequency and electrical muscle stimulation output.
- Do not use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
- If you have a diagnosed medical condition — including cancer, diabetes, or a neurological condition affecting the face — speak to your doctor before using an RF or EMS device.
- Do not use over broken skin, burns, active inflammation, or over metal implants, fillers or threads without medical advice.
- Do not use around the eyes or on the eyelids.

FAQ
Will it reduce fat or get rid of a double chin?
No. Circulating copy for this device states that RF heating "destroys existing fatty deposits under the skin" and lists "localized fat deposits on face: double chin" among the things it treats. Destroying subcutaneous adipose tissue is a medical effect claimed by regulated clinical devices. A home cosmetic appliance does not do it and may not claim it.
What about the 46% and 40% figures that used to be on this page?
They are unsourced, which is why they are not on this page. The figures circulating are that hyaluronic acid in the subcutaneous layer rose 46% after a single session, that skin becomes 40% more hydrated after four weeks, and that turgor rises 12%. No study is named for any of them, and the first would require a measurement of subcutaneous hyaluronic acid that a home device does not demonstrate. We would rather have a shorter page than three numbers we cannot stand behind.
Will it work on my mains electricity?
Check before you order. This is a Japanese domestic model and Japan runs on 100 V; most of Europe, the UK and the Gulf are on 220–240 V. A travel plug adapter only changes the pin shape — it does not change the voltage. You need a proper step-down converter rated for the device's power draw. Plugging a 100 V appliance straight into 230 V will destroy it, and this is not a cheap thing to destroy.
Can I use it if I have a pacemaker?
No. Do not use any device that produces radio-frequency or electrical muscle stimulation output if you have a pacemaker, an implanted defibrillator or any other implanted electronic device. Circulating copy lists the contraindications but frames them as a footnote to a reassurance about safety; here they sit where they belong.
