Description
Orihiro MOST Chewable Multivitamin & Mineral, Strawberry — 180 Tablets, 90 Days
Overview
Twelve vitamins and five minerals in a chewable tablet — 180 tablets, two a day for an adult, 90 days. Every declared amount is in the table below, per two tablets, which is the serving the panel is printed against.
This is the strawberry flavour of Orihiro's MOST Chewable range. The point of a chewable multivitamin is not that it is stronger than a capsule — the amounts here are modest and sit between roughly 10% and 40% of the Japanese daily reference intakes. The point is that it gets taken, by people who do not swallow capsules, and by children at one tablet a day.
This is a food, not a medicine. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Who Is This For?
- Adults who do not get on with capsules and will actually chew a tablet
- Families wanting one pack that works for a parent at two a day and a child at one
- Anyone eating irregularly — shift work, travel, a restricted diet — who wants a modest daily top-up
- Older adults who find swallowing capsules uncomfortable
- Not for you if you are already taking another multivitamin; the amounts add up and there is no reason to stack two
How to Use
- Adults: chew one tablet, twice a day, with or after food.
- Children: chew one tablet a day.
- Chew the tablet fully rather than swallowing it whole — it is formulated to be chewed.
- Close the pack after each use and keep it out of reach of children.
Frequency: Two tablets a day for an adult, one a day for a child.

Cautions
- These taste like sweets and are meant to. Keep the pack out of reach of children and give a child their one tablet yourself rather than leaving the pack accessible.
- Do not take this alongside another multivitamin without checking the combined amounts — iron and vitamin A in particular.
- If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under medical care or taking prescribed medication, speak to your doctor before use.
- Do not exceed the stated daily amount. More is not better here.
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and keep out of reach of children.
- This is a food, not a medicine. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

FAQ
How long does one pack last?
180 tablets. For an adult at two a day that is 90 days; for a child at one a day it is 180 days. If a parent and a child share a pack, work it out on that basis rather than on the 90 days printed for adults.
Why is vitamin A given as a range, 30–160 µg?
Because Orihiro declares it as a range on the pack. Ranges appear where a nutrient comes partly from a natural raw material whose content varies between batches. We print the range as declared rather than picking a midpoint.
Is one tablet a day enough for a child?
That is the amount Orihiro states for children, and it is the amount we would stick to. Two tablets a day is the adult figure and there is no reason to give a child the adult serving of anything.
The old description said 13 vitamins. How many are there?
Twelve vitamins and five minerals, all of them in the table above. The count of thirteen appeared in the previous description without a list behind it; we have replaced the count with the declaration, which is the only version you can check.
Does it contain sugar?
Yes. A chewable, flavoured tablet is sweetened — that is what makes it chewable. Two tablets are 8 kcal in total, so the sugar is negligible as energy, but if you are avoiding sweetened products entirely, this is not the format for you.
